If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
All our products come with a government-committed warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization number (RMA).
Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.
